Future of AI Technology in Education

The Columbia University Emerging Technology Consortium is pleased to present a discussion with HP about how the study and use of AI are changing and impacting education. HP’s Jeri Culp, Head of Edge Solutions and Data Science, explores the evolution of AI and how the availability of compute has led to massive growth in applying AI to real-world problems and research. She shares examples such as climate change and how issues of real-time data processing needs and concerns about intellectual property have driven the need for hybrid compute models to meet collaboration needs and solve increasingly complex problems.
