This training session will take place over two days on November 10th and November 12th. Each sesssion will start at 11 AM and last one hour.

Claude Code is Anthropic's coding agent that can read, write, and refactor code, run tasks, and manage entire projects on your behalf. This demo-focused course walks through setup, core workflows in the app, writing effective instructions for agentic tasks, and reviewing changes before they land. You'll see the tool in action from start to finish and leave ready to put it to work on your own projects.

This training session is intended for Columbia University faculty, researchers, and staff. We request that students and university affiliates (Barnard and Teacher's College) refrain from registering.
